These things work great. They do say on the package that they are Odi use specific but they'll work on any grips and they'll look great. The green ones matched my bike accent colors perfectly!!

I have used these on 2 bikes and it makes mounting removing grips a snap. I used these with a twist grip shifter and I couldn't be happier.

It comes with lock-ring, allen-key, and outer cap. The color looks very nice.

I love this item, but it is time for ODI to put titanium, aluminum, galvanized, or stainless bolts on them. Outstanding, I can't believe it. I used to use a toilet seat cover on each end of my bars to compliment the carbon weave, but these beat the band. I can run different grips if I want to, and they just slide in and lock. Nice. That's how a high end bike should fit together, with a solid click. One more thing. This idea was tried once, but driving screws into the bars really was kinda dumb. even Al bars can stress crack... but carbon? These are the right deal.

When I commute to work on this bike, I oftentimes get hit by cars. When they hit me from the side, I dig the sharp edge of the ring into their side, leaving a nice long gouge in the paint. In typical auto-driver hit-and-run mentality, they just take off as fast as possible after hitting me, taking my li'l signature with them.
