I've run many different grips over the years, but the Oury LockOn are my go to style now. Some people may find the grip a little thick, but it works great for me (despite the fact I don't have big hands). Installation couldn't be simpler, and it make switching out levers without a split-clamp super easy. No matter the weather I always have great contact with these grips.

Love these grips they are big so for me its easy to relax my grip while riding and I usually get less hand fatigue. The end caps are also nice and tough to get off. If you do get play in them like all lock on grips rotate one lock ring.

Fantastic. These look awesome, come in fun colors, and are extremely secure. They are definitely chunky. I listed that as both a pro and a con. For me, they're perfect. I like bigger grips and with proper technique, I get no cramping or numbness... bare handed AND gloved. I am 5 foot 8 and 135 lbs. For some, they may be on a thick side.
My one and only complaint, the rings are identical. The result is, if you are analretentive lke myself, you want the oury text to be in the same spot on either side. But if you do that, then it is not possible to have the rings line up identically on both sides. They would need to be designed specifically for l/r but they are just produced identically. No big deal. I suppose the other way would be to have another step in production where they align the claws symmetrical to the grips. Again, no big deal. Not even enough to take off a star.

You really just cannot beat these grips, as long as you like large diameter grips. The rubber is awesome, it has enough "squish" to it to keep your hands from hurting on long rides and they're super grippy. I finally replaced my first set after 3 years of hard riding, they last a long time. Couldn't recommend these more!!

Finally had to retire the stock grips on my Giant Trance, and extremely pleased with the Oury's. Easy installation, super grippy, look great, and solid construction. Make sure to purchase the locks as well! I made the mistake of thinking my stock locks would work.
