This is the lube, along with White Lightning, that I use most. I clean my road bike after every ride, including the chain. I've tried Rock n' Roll lube but I'm not crazy about wax even though I do like the way that cleans as well as lubes all in one step. I guess there's a place and application for all types of lubes.

overall its not that bad of a product but for my conditions (Vermont) its no good lube great just takes too much time to keep cleaning it after every run not worth the buy.
