A very simple design. While my pencil thin arms possess amazing strength, I have no doubt that anyone could use this. I was a little apprehensive as things didn't line up perfectly, the I just kept twisting and everything seated perfectly. No complaints. Worked a whole lot better than wood and a mallet and if I use it a few more times will pay for itself over the shop, not to mention saving me the trip. Would recommend.

great value. the disc plates work well with the threaded rod to push the cups into place. a little muscle is required to get the cup all the way in but its worth buying.

Doesn't really work... No way to keep the headset cups aligned; they end up going in crooked. I've had better luck (and less risk) using wood blocks and a hammer. I don't recommend this product and I have not been all that impressed with Park tools in general. If you want a good Park tool, I guess you have to pay a bundle.
