These 16 mm round patches are just the right size for my road bike tubes. They stick the first time, with no loose edges, and they stay stuck. I don't imagine I'll ever be without Rema patches again.

As no glue comes with this; get some at hobby shop, grocery store, or where-ever. These patches fit on a flattened innertube, without extending over the edge(s); thus, sticking better. The clear plastic is hard to peel off once patch is stuck on; but, cutting it in the middle of a glued-on patch allows one to peel toward the outer edges, keeping the red 'feathered' edges glued down.

These patches are really nice because they cover any hole in your tube that is still possible to patch effectively, and they last as long as the tube.

16mm patches fit better on the 28mm and smaller inner tubes typically found on road bikes. They are the finest quality innertube patches ever made, having a fine "feathered" edge that makes a smooth seam, and they are elastic enough to stretch with the tube as it expands inside the tire. A snake-bite flat can be repaired with two of these. A jar of rubber cement may be purchased from many grocery or hobby stores, for patching, post-ride. I carry a few in my kit with an unopened small glue tube for emergencies, if my spare(s) puncture.
