I've had these pedals on my 2008 Enduro since i bought it and I've been MORE than happy with them. They hold well, they're durable, the bearings stay clean and smooth and the platform, although a little smallish adds some support when you want to be unclipped.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Best Uses
- Heavy XC - Moderate AM
I use my crank bros acid 1's for my heavy XC riding and moderate AM riding. Rides where I want to remain clipped in the whole time, but also want the benefit of the added stability and efficiency of the platforms - think rock gardens, other technical climbing. I know they don't have a great track record as far as other reviews go, but my experience with them has been excellent!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
