I recently switched over to Crank Bros. pedals after riding Speedplay Frogs for years. These pedals were fairly easy to adjust too. These are definitely much easier to get into and out of then their less expensive versions like the Candy 1's i have on another bike. The only thing I've noticed is that these pedals take beating compared to my speedplays. I don't think i've had as many pedal strikes in the year i've had them, then my old ones in all the years i used them. But given all the impacts, they seem to be holding up fine. Glad they're rebuildable. But that's why I gave them 4 stars.

I was always a Shimano guy and figured on the next bike I built I would try something new. I went with the Orange Candy 3's to match the race face atlas handlebar. The pedals are very good, easy to get into and don't clog up. I just don't seem to like them though. I love the deep locked in feeling that I get from the SPD style pedals a lot more. They're great overall all but not for me.

I use these on my Trek 9.8. I've owned several different Shimano pedals and a pair of Speedplay Frog ti, and hands down the Candy 3 pedals are more comfortable, easier to use and less maintence. So far, I haven't encountered anything that I don't like after using them for 6 months. It took a bit of getting used to the Crank Bros cleats, since they are smalled than the SPD and Speedplay cleats.
