Great product, and easy to use. I was able to get my RD cable and brake hose off the top tube, and make the routing much cleaner. Both cable sizes were secured very well with a light weight racing strap (zip tie). The double sided 3M tape does its job like a champ, but I'm sure you could break it loose under the right conditions. Overall extremely satisfied!

Solved the problem of having to reroute the cables to eliminate wear on the frame. If the pads on the guides were a little thicker it would allow for the guide to conform to more frame curves and may stick better. They adhere for a week-2 weeks then start to peel off the frame. Applying pressure will fix the problem temporarily, but if unattended for more than 10 days mine detached. I did clean the frame with rubbing alcohol before applying. I would still recommend, just keep an eye in them.

Comments about Problem Solvers Stick-On Hydraulic:

I used rubbing alcohol to prep the frame and ensure the surface was clean and free of grease/contaminates and also made sure it was dry before applying these. But by the next day, the clip had come off the bike. Further inspection revealed the adhesive had separated from the pad on the clip. I used a zip tie to hold it in place, but if you are going to zip tie the line to the bike anyway, I don't suppose you need this clip. The zip tie in the photo is just to secure the line to the clip, it is not for the frame.

Comments about Problem Solvers Stick-On Hydraulic:

I was able to use a pack of these on two bikes:
Securing the brake cable on my single gear city bike.
Securing the cable for my dropper seat post on my mountain bike (bike is not compatible with internal routing).

These secure those cables with a clean, finished look (the cable tie doesn't go all the way around the bike frame). Expensive, but awesome.

Comments about Problem Solvers Stick-On Hydraulic:

I rerouted my hydraulic brake cable and needed to hold it in place, and these seemed like an easy choice. However, they do not clamp the hose tightly and require a zip tie over the hose. Based on the direction of the existing tie I thought it was for the frame, but I tied the cable instead and it worked quite well.

Comments about Problem Solvers Stick-On Hydraulic:

This solved my problem after converting from v-brakes to hydraulic, where I didn't have enough guides for routing the brake lines. It worked very well to hold the lines in place. Just peel off the tape and stick the guide where ever you need them. Then wrap the zip tie around the brake line.

Comments about Problem Solvers Stick-On Hydraulic:

A great solution if your frame has purely placed braze-ons like my old GT Avalanche. Used these to reroute my rear brake cable for smoother modulation. I used zip ties in the past to solve this problem. I found that the cable floated and the zip tie pinched the housing. This product not only make my bike look clean, but also make it easy to change out my cables and housing.
