Comments about Sixsixone Comp Knee Guard 2012:
These look like they offer excellent protection but are too restrictive and too bulky for use on a bicycle. There are two velcro straps for the upper and lower calf, and a third for the upper thigh. These do a good job of securing the knee/shin guard to your leg but it feels like a lot of extra work to constantly have to flex the guard while pedaling. I'm an avid motorcyclist and wear knee/shin guards while riding...I briefly considered keeping them for this purpose but they felt way too bulky to be comfortable even in a static position.

Comments about Sixsixone Comp Knee Guard 2012:
Picked up a pair and they have saved my knees and shins from some pretty bad crashes. Crashes that would of left my shins flayed open.
