I bought these for my son who is into MTB and BMX. He loves them. They do not cause irritation and they fit terrific thanks to the sizing chart. They stay in place and give him terrific protection. This is a very good product.

These pads are great. Good all knee and shin protection. I have taken a few falls and the protect your knees really good i didn't feel the hit.
The only con is the strap cause a rash after wearing them for a long time

These have been the best shinnies that I have had. Too bad I decided to leave them in Scotland when I moved back home. I tried mine on in a store before buyng them online to make sure they fit right. The strapping system is super simple and ventilation is good. No idea why but I replaced these with the Alpinestars Moabs and the red clippy things the straps are attached to are driving me mental. Should have bought these again.

I was very excited to receive these knee/shin guards. Before ordering, I carefully measured my legs according to Race Face's instructions--which read like they were written by somebody who flunked English as a Second Language.
Anyway, the leg length was fine, but the straps are crazy tight around the leg. Now mind you, I am not Mr. Universe by any stretch of the imagination. On the contrary, I spend my days programming in an office chair. But these things were tight! I couldn't even get one of the straps around my calf.
So I hope your luck is better than mine. If you are a tall skinny guy, they might fit. Otherwise, good luck.
