Comments about Race Face Turbine 9 Speed Chainring Set:
These rings have great shifting, almost as good as Shimano. They don't seem to last very long though. I get two years of riding out of them.

Comments about Race Face Turbine 9 Speed Chainring Set:
I bought this to replace an older/worn Race Face Evolve XC ISIS crankset. Was quite satisified with the Evolve and wanted to look for an upgraded model. Used for two seasons and no issues so far. Solid build.

Comments about Race Face Turbine 9 Speed Chainring Set:
These rings were used to replace XTR 9 speed rings. Why anyone would OVERPAY for Shimano rings after using these Raceface rings is beyond me. These rings shift GREAT. They look great. They are light. I would recommend these to anyone looking to improve shifting on XTR or any other cranks!

Comments about Race Face Turbine 9 Speed Chainring Set:
The ring set did not include bolts for the small ring, so make sure you save them.
Also make sure you check the race face website to make sure you are ordering the correct ring set. I almost made a mistake.

Comments about Race Face Turbine 9 Speed Chainring Set:
I got this full set of chain rings to replace those on my Shimano M-770 crankset when the originals finally wore out. I have always liked Race Face's stuff and I was excited when I saw that they made a set for the odd sized shimano M-770 cranks and I bought them without hesitation. Since installing the Turbines I noticed the shifting improved IMMEDIATELY. They are lighter too! The only issue I have with the Turbine chain rings compared to the old ones I replaced is that they are a bit loud. Chain noise was sucked up by the old middle carbon chain ring, but the aluminum is naturally going to have a bit more noise from chain rub and chain slap. I'll live with the noise because I'd rather have the solid shifting, even under power. (there is a Shimano specific model by race face. make sure you check to get the correct rings before you buy them.)
