I have this deraileur on two of my bikes. It is not as sexy as x9 or x0 but it sure does get the job done and cost lest. I prefer this deraileur over shimano's SLX

I switched from XT to SRAm and don't know whay I waited. When I need a shift, it's quick and responsive. Slipped shifts stink! My shin is proof!
