Prices shown in currencies other than USA Dollars are estimates based on current exchange rates. We will charge your credit card in USA Dollars on the day your order is shipped, and the conversion to your local currency will be done at the prevailing rate by your credit card issuer.

Comments about Ritchey Pro-Carbon Seatpost:
Nice looking setback post at a good price. Like so many others, my Ritchey Pro carbon post CREAKED terribly when riding seated. Tried everything. To fix the problem: take apart the head of the post and apply a thin coat of bicycle grease on all surfaces that have contact with other pieces of the head assembly. After getting the saddle and post re-fitted on the bicycle, gently wipe away any excess grease. That's what worked for me anyway.

Comments about Ritchey Pro-Carbon Seatpost:
OEM post on my new bike. My 300mm 27.2 model weighed 220g, so I was happy it came in under published weight. The angle adjustment teeth are not super-fine, but still seems reasonable for getting the right fit.
Comments about Ritchey Pro-Carbon Seatpost:
Came as OEM on a Scott I purchased. Heavy, and the dual 6mm bolt head is overkill. Adjustment works, but lack the fine-tune adjustment of a Thomson. I dropped 120g's when swapping to a Thomson, got better adjustability, looks better (subjective), does not scratch the post when adjusting verticle height. The Ritchey PRO carbon post would be a good deal at [$] but not at [$].
Comments about Ritchey Pro-Carbon Seatpost:
CREAKS LIKE CRAZY!!! Ok, I'm exaggerating but there is a fair amount of creaking going on when seated. So I put some of that liquid wrench stuff in to see if it would help, not sure yet if it's gonna be better because I haven't been out since.Ritchey needs to publish the torque settings for the seatpost, in the instructions it tells you that you should tighten it to the appropriate 'nM' with a torque wrench but they don't tell you want that number is, so thanks for that Ritchey. Overall it looks great, weight is great and that creaking noise...well we'll see I guess.
