I had a bent brake arm on the rear caliper of my 2006 Giant road bike. The bike originally came with R730 brakes and I did not want to upgrade my levers so the new Shimano calipers were not a viable option. Thinking I would have to change both front and rear calipers to match I ordered these new R730s and was pleasantly surprised they matched my old R730 calipers so well I only changed the damaged caliper. I will keep the front for my next bike project.
