Super comfy shorts
I read some of the negative reviews, and don't really understand some of them. The length is a complaint by some people, but I've noticed that because they're long, they never get hung up on my knee guards like some of my shorter ones do. And yes, they don't have a fly, but the lycra shorts you'd be wearing beneath them won't, either.

I like the fact that they have a full elastic waist with a belt: lets me dial them in, even if I gain/lose a couple of pounds. Unless you ride with your shirt tucked in, nobody sees the waist anyway.

Overall, I like 'em. Comfy, and lots of pockets, too!

PROS: Easy to Use, Fasy Drying, Versatile, Durable, Lightweight

BEST USES: Long Rides, Mountain Bikes

Great value MTB shorts
These are my first proper MTB shorts, and I have to say I'm quite impressed.
Firstly, they fit true to size - I have a 32 waist, and these fit perfectly.
The stretch panels ensure that the shorts are never snagged on my seat, and the zip up side pockets work well.
Overall, I'm really pleased with them, they're well made, and great value.
It's worth noting that with the elasticised waist, there's no fly at the front, so you've got to undo the belt that comes with them whenever you need to make a pitstop in the bushes.

PROS: Comfortable, Well Made, Accurate Sizing

CONS: No fly

BEST USES: Post Ride Chilling, Mountain biking

Alright shorts for the price.
The length of these shorts are just the right size.
I got 34s and I usually wear 32 and since they have the elastic waist band they fit just right.
Sometimes a bit of static. Nothing that bad.
Some of the threads were lose but nothing that affected it performance.

PROS: breathable, Long

CONS: No Chamois, Static-e

Best Pants At the Pajama Party
These shorts feel soft and over look like a decent quality product, but the waist reminds me of medical scrubs and the length would probably only work well for very tall people. I'm 5'9" and wear a pants size 32 x 32 or 34 x 32 depending on the brand. I bought the size 34 in these and they stop half way between my knees an ankles more like a capri or 3/4 pant than shorts. They are a very baggy loose fit. They're probably nice for someone who wants that but its not what I expected. I was expecting the fit to be somewhere between a regular short and mx pants like my Thor Static convertible mx pants but a little lighter.

PROS: Belt to keep them up, Soft, Seems Breathable, Comfortable

CONS: One Size Fits All Style, Too Long

BEST USES: Very Tall Thin People, Sleep overs, driving

Baggy and Ugly
I have a few pairs of riding shorts, the Royal Racing Matrix and HexLite, and those are very top notch quality. They even come with a removable liner.

For the price of this short, I thought it would be at least a good shell. But after opening it, I swear it feels like something I sewn after taking a middle school home economics class.

The belt tightening system is such a cheap cinch clasp and bundles up the waist.

The material is super light and thin, so it feels like it'd be good if you just want a super light and thin pair of shorts, but not sure how durable it is. Also it's SUPER baggy. I don't know why you would want something this baggy.

If this thing was $20 then maybe... but for the $50-70 range, there's so many better options.

PROS: Lightweight

CONS: Poor Quality

Decent shorts for the price
The shorts are great for the price and work fine around the light trails/streets that I ride on around here. The length comes just past my knees, and have plenty of give around the waist.

My only complaint would be the belt loops are fraying on the inside. They arrived like that so I'm putting it down to quality control issue. This doesn't affect the shorts though although it might become an issue when I actually need to use the belt.

PROS: Comfort, Breathability, price, Length
