The Rockshox Recon offers all of the features you’ll need to tackle the tough trails ahead. The Recon Gold features a stiff aluminum crown married to lightweight 32mm aluminum upper tubes making it a single track force to be reckoned with. The RockShox Recon Gold Solo Air RL fork features multiple adjustments including external rebound and low speed compression to “Lock.” The magnesium lowers are stiff, strong, and resistant to damage.

This is a fantastic fork for the money. Great value Solo Air Fork with performance matching more expensive forks. Air sprung Solo Air provides enough adjustability for me, but more detailed riders may find it lacks the range of adjustability that Dual Air has. It's a good weight, and for the money, you can't complain it's heavy. The performance is a class act... often feeling like a more expensive RockShox fork.
