The Prestige 30 CR road bike is built around Rocky Mountain’s full hi-modulus monocoque, carbon frameset and with specially designed and sculpted tubing to enhance ride quality and stiffness. Carbon fiber also helps reduce the road chatter and ultimately keeps the ride smooth in spite of being stiff enough to handle your sprint. Unlike their Rocky Mountain XC or trail bikes designed for the forest trails, this Rocky Mountain carbon road bike aims to maximize performance in the asphalt jungle. Take the Prestige 30 CR Road Bike out for a local club ride or organized tour and let the miles roll under your Shimano wheels. Shimano shows up on all ends of the Rocky Mountain Prestige 30. Shimano 105 shifts crisply and quickly no matter the situation. Steering is handled quite nicely by the FSA bar and stem combo. Flatten out the hills with the FSA compact cranks (50/34T) and the Shimano 105 rear cassette in a 12-27T. With that gearing range, you can tackle any hill and still have the right gear to have a screaming descent.

Each Rocky Mountain complete bike includes free professional assembly by Jenson USA. Prior to shipping your bike, we will completely build and tune it, just as we would for an in-store purchase. Then, we'll partially disassemble and carefully pack your bike for shipping. Please allow 3 business days for the bike build process prior to shipment.
When your bike arrives, it will take about 30 minutes to unpack and perform basic re-assembly tasks (such as installing the front wheel and seatpost) using common hand tools. This purchase was intended to be a step-up from my original roadbike which is several years old. I had been looking at several bikes from local shops and really wasnt too keen on purchasing a bike "sight unseen". However, when I saw this bike on the Jenson website with an excellent combination of components that I was looking for, along with a carbon frame, I decided to take a chance on ordering it. The bike was in excellent condition when I received it and assembly was a breeze. I have now put a few hundred miles on the bike and I am very pleased with the quality and the ride. I highly recommend it!!

This is a great road bike for the money. In fact, I have not seen a better value anywhere. While not as light as some CF bikes, the Rocky Mountain Prestige CR30 is no heavy weight either. The ride is fantastic...very smooth and I am not "beat up" after a ride over rough pavement as I was on my old aluminum bike. The 105 group is outstanding for the price. There are only a few very minor changes I would make...brakes are not on par with the other components and the gold seat-post clamp is a bit much. If not for those two items, it would be 5 stars for this great bike. Very satisfied with both the bike and with Jenson USA.
