It is a great deal, my only complaint is that the rear wheel had been dropped prior to or during shipment, creating a nick on the edge of the rim(clearly visible because of the aluminum showing through the black paint).It probably won't affect its performance, just not what you want to see when you get a new product.

I needed a set of 29er wheels for an adventure/touring bike that I was building, and I spotted this set on Jenson's at a good price. I wasn't too concerned about super-light weight, but more concerned about durability and cost. So far these appear to be good quality wheels for the money. I'm looking forward to putting more miles on them to see how they hold up over time. As with all machine-built wheels, you should check spoke tension and the hubs for proper adjustment(sometimes hubs come with the cones adjusted too tightly). I had to tension some of the spokes and adjust one of the hubs, but nothing major. I am pleased with the product overall, but will know more in the coming miles!

I have had this wheelset for a few months and have had several rides/trips with them. I tend to push things and crash. By rights, I should be fixing or trueing the wheels but they are perfect. Very resilient for my weight (240).

Bought this as a training wheelset for my race bike. ALthough it weighs twice as much as my racing wheels, I love this wheelset. It's like weight training on my bike! They are super bombproof, too. So if you're looking for a set of wheels to destroy so you can save your nice wheels for races, buy these! THEY ARE THE BEST BUY ONLINE!
