These shifters work well and have served their purpose without problems. If cables stretch, the adjustment on the sifter pod is super easy. I like the thin design and the sleek black look.

Some people say that you have to twist a little youre hand to make the shifts but so far I havent notice that, maybe if youre very used to shimanos shifters.
Theyre easy to install, they look great, light weght, trusties, so far Im very very happy wiht these.

I use this shifter on my XC bike and it is just awesome. It provides rapid, smooth shifting and the dual mounting holes provide great configurability for mounting on either side of the brake. Also, it is priced just right and well worth every cent.
