Comments about Sram X.0 9 Speed Rear Derailleur 2011:
The move up from the sramx7 to the xo is worth it. As a regular wknd rider having the ability to hit all manner of trails and have solid confident shifting is worth the dollars spent. Wish I had this some time ago! Combined with other upgrades this has been a worthwhile investment.

Comments about Sram X.0 9 Speed Rear Derailleur 2011:
I replaced the X-9 on my Supercaliber with the X-0 and, as much as I liked my X-9, I noticed an improvement. The installation took about 15-20 min. The shifting is precise and fast. Since then it has taken a beating and has held up well.

This is a very nice derailleur. It shifts great and looks like a piece of art. It was a big step up from X7, I've heard X9 works as well, but if you have the cash this is worth it for the extra bling.

If you have the money to blow than buy this derailleur but its not worth the money. I've owned five X9's and three X0's and there is no noticable difference in form or function between the two.

I have this on my Yeti ASR7 and it performs flawless whether on the singletrack or at the ski hills in Colorado. I'll run these any day over Shimano as they are 'set it and forget it'.

Comments about Sram X.0 9 Speed Rear Derailleur 2011:
The first thing that amazed me when I got my derailleur was the way it looked. It was so clean. I chose to get the X0 over something like X7 or X9 because of the weight. It is so light, and when paired with any SRAM shifter, you really cant get a much better drivetrain.

Comments about Sram X.0 9 Speed Rear Derailleur 2011:
There is something special about the fusion of metal and carbon that makes this derailleur one of the best looking and best working units in the market.
Shifting is super precise in all types of condition and although being very light this unit is also super durable. Had this on my park/slope bike and never had any durability issues.
The derailleur works awesome in various conditions from super dusty to muddy condition, the one thing i also noticed is even in dusty/dry conditions the pulley wheel never squeaks as with some other units. Even when its not lubed it stays smooth and quiet.
Overall I am super happy with this unit its such a nice looking derailleur sometime I feel bad to ride it to hard.

Comments about Sram X.0 9 Speed Rear Derailleur 2011:
The x0's cost was about $100 more than the x9, but the performance enhancement makes it soooooo worth it. I highly reccomend it. I previously had a x7 and the cage snapped off just from doing a bunny hop (weird right?). Anyways, make sure you follow the directions word for word when u install it, following all the torque specs. It will save you heartache later on.
