I chose this saddle because I was running into some major issues with pressure down under, if you catch my drift. This saddle takes all the pressure away from your sensitive areas and puts it all on your sit bones; its amazing how isolated the pressure is to those two spots. After my first ride I had pain in the sit bone area but NOTHING else- it lasted for a day or so. Give it some time and your sit bones will get accustomed to the pressure and you'll be able to ride for days- a truly comfortable saddle. zero issues with maintaining balance or anything like that, if you can ride a bike you can ride a bike with this saddle. period. after some time it starts looking pretty cool too!

I bought this saddle for my road bike (sport touring geometry) which I use for commuting and exercise. I ride anywhere between 5 miles to 40+ miles a ride. First off this saddle is very unique so do your research. From my experience the design works as it places you completely on your sit bones, although I did not really get to test it as much as I would have liked for the following reason; Where i ride the streets range from smooth to bumby and often on my daily commute to work I will jump up onto the side walk to avoid construction or high traffic sections. This saddle in my time testing it, was not comfortable for this type of riding. It is hard to move from a standing to a sitting position quickly (although I am sure you get better at this), hitting bumps with this saddle or riding on bumpy pavement is just too uncomfortable and I find I have to stand for extended periods. I did find I enjoyed this saddle on longer rides on smooth pavement. I do not consider this to be a fair review because its intended use is for road, and I interpret this as smoother, less agressive riding.

I absolutely love this saddle. I ride about 120-150 miles a week commuting and mountain biking and never get sore or numb with this saddle. I have been riding 17 years and tried 10+ saddles and this is by far the best. It puts all the weight on your sit bones and once you get used to it you will never go back. I also bought the mountain version (the peak) and while I like it, I find the road version more comfortable even on a mountain bike.

I bought this due to discomfort and numbness when road biking. I felt every little bump I went over.

I've been riding for a couple of weeks now (~20km/day, up to 60km in one ride) and this seat has resolved the issue - I don't even notice or think about my saddle comfort anymore.

I'm thinking about buying a second one for my mountain bike, but will just swap them over in the short term.

I'm glad I finally made the move and switched out the uncomfortable stock seat on my road bike. Directions for adjustment are easy to follow, and it's easy to install. Be prepared for some brief discomfort in your sit bones at the beginning, but soon it goes away. You'll feel the difference immediately and no circulation problems down there.

I've used this saddle on three different bikes since I bought my first one. It is the only saddle I can ride at this point. I've had one on my road bike and two different track bikes. The first 40-60 miles are definitely not a comfortable experience as you are suddenly on your sit bones. However, I can now ride my bike until my legs can't give anymore and I still feel like I can sit comfortably on my seat. I've tried to ride other saddles since and I can't go back to a traditional saddle anymore, even one with a cut out.
This will be my only saddle until they don't make them anymore and I'll probably just get the frame reupholstered when it wears out if that ever happens.
