I put these tires on my Top Fuel 8 that I ride everywhere. I just replaced the rear after about 5,000 miles of mtb races, 75 mile road rides, and 25 mile commutes to work. you never have to change tires. They could have slightly better traction off-road but that wouldn't make them as useful on the street. They're somewhat heavy, but relatively inexpensive. I tried to find a different replacement tire and just ended up going with the same thing.

if you ride a mountain bike as a commuter bicycle dump your old knobbys and get the holy rollers they are super quiet smooth and fast. they also have addiqute traction for grass, pot holes, curbs and rain.perfect for commuter who wants to go fast and have some fun on the way. mine are on a p.2

This tire is great for HARDPACK, rocks and desert conditions (that's all of SoCal.....). It tracks well and is predictable. I have them on both my Freeride and DJ bikes. I ride in So Cal where I do not have loam or mud issues..... I was sick of burning thought DH tires and tried these by chance. Have not looked back in two years. I have gone through only 2 sets of these tires compared to 3 sets a year before! Ghetto tubeless every time with no issues. I have to note that I do pedal to my rides so I see pavement almost every ride. That beeing said: Durability and predictability on trail make these my Epic to Full-On DH tire of choice.

My go to DJ and Pumptrack tire. Holds well on packed dirt, and when it does let go the drift is predictable. The only weakness these tires have is that in flat corners it's easy to lose speed in enormous two wheel drifts.
I also use my hardtail to get around town, and the tire holds well on pavement/concrete. In the winter this tire does not slide out easily on ice, and sheds mud quickly, however when wet traction is still very compromised.
Overall a well designed tire for anything you probably use your hardtail for.

Great tire, grips well on the terrain others have described. I did get a pinch flat quite easily on a curb but almost any tire will do that.

Great for the intended purpose. These tires rip in concrete bowls and are excellent for the jumps. The low profile rolls fast as well.

They are great and handle potholes and dirt very well. They may not be the highest Grip tires and I get a little wheel spin when I twist my throttle off a stand still but they are great and they are very affordable! A+++

i have not slipped or lost traction yet. It is a great urban/dirt jumping tire, but is the best on hard dirt. Buy this tire !
