This shim solves the odd frame seatpost size problem.  Buy the shim that fits your frame seatpost size, insert into your frame and now any 25.4mm seatpost will fit.  A lot of manufactures of suspension seatposts make a 25.4mm seatpost for the sole purpose of using a shim to fit any frame.  Length is 97mm with a 3mm lip totaling 100mm.
