Each Rocky Mountain complete bike includes free professional assembly by Jenson USA. Prior to shipping your bike, we will completely build and tune it, just as we would for an in-store purchase. Then, we'll partially disassemble and carefully pack your bike for shipping. Please allow 3 business days for the bike build process prior to shipment.
When your bike arrives, it will take about 30 minutes to unpack and perform basic re-assembly tasks (such as installing the front wheel and seatpost) using common hand tools. Jenson USA has created a helpful video (below) to guide you through this process. Stuck? Please call us at (888) 880-3811 and we’ll be happy to help.

If you are on the fence about forking out the cash, Just do it already! This bike is crazy fast. Great climber and super fast on the decent. This bike jumps into action when you put the pedal to the metal. Rocky Mountain sure makes a great bike, with this purchase I might be a Rocky Mountain man for life. Bottom line, best money I've spent!

Comments about Rocky Mountain Element 10 Bike '12:
This bike has exceeded all my expectations! It handles well, is quick and rips up all the challenges that the trails I ride can throw at it.
This bike competes head on with more expensive Trek Fuel Ex, Specialized Camber and Stumpjumper FSA and other more popular brands.
I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Element to any serious trail rider who wants to up their game.

Found some money so I upgraded from my 1993 Specialized Rock Hopper. Sad to hang that up in the shed but the price on the Element 10 was too good. It felt wide so I cut 3/4" off the bars and swapped on my pedals. I'm 43 and commute everyday so I'm in ok shape but hadn't done a proper ride in 10 years (my 3 boys take all my free time and money!) Handling is amazing, climbs great, shifts perfect, excellent geometry and I feel like I'm 23 again and back in the zone. I held my own with 2 younger guys who ride, and blew away the other guy.... Zero complaints.

Comments about Rocky Mountain Element 10 Bike '12:
This bike is great. I bought this bike 42% off and it was well worth it. I bought the 18" which I thought would be a little big for a 5'7" @ 140 lbs. But it fits exceedingly well. Very little pedal bob when you pedal. Great quality and detail to all the components. I love how smooth the bike feels. The grips are very comfortable too for being stock. there were only 2 very minor things I didnt not care for: 1) the tires seem to pick-up and fling lots of rocks which hit the downtube and 2) I which the front deraileur had more protection, it gets alot of mud and dirt covered on it. (i guess thats expected)

My RM 10 Element is used mainly for climbing hills and ever-changing terrain wet, dry and loose. It responds quick once u develop customary shifting. It'll cruise thru hills and it'll crawl thru sandy terrains. All in all.... Absolutely possitubly recommend.

0nly had it about 2 months, but feel like I got the most bang for my buck. Smooth solid feel while riding. Compared to my hard tail can ride more aggressively at higher speeds. I don't notice much petal bob from the rear shock and love the control the full suspension gives while blasting down hill.

Avid cyclist, and I gotta say- outstanding bike! Handles everything the average biker can throw at it and then some. Has a high comfort zone as far as capability, ease of use, and smoothness of the ride. Great bike for the price for a rider of any level. My first full suspension bike and first purchase from Jenson and I have nothing negative to say about this bike.

Comments about Rocky Mountain Element 10 Bike '12:
I really love the feel of this bike... the geometry is great for confidence on a wide variety of trails. I bought this bike on sale with the intentions to slowly upgrade the bike...with enduro style riding in mind. This is my first fs bike...and I'm loving it! The stem was a little long for my liking... so I swapped it with a shorter one. All in all I'm happy with RM quality.

Comments about Rocky Mountain Element 10 Bike '12:
This is my first "real" mountain bike, so I have nothing to compare it to. But I do know it fits me perfect. I use it strictly for off road use. It is strong, durable, and lightweight. Most importantly it takes on the Blue Ridge Mtn. with conviction!
