I just purchased this about a week ago and have used it about 4 times already. ate it while wearing this and the material is very tough and durable. I'm just a casual rider that doesn't do much jumping but if I did i'd feel very comfortable with these on me.

It's a bit pricey for a pair of short but you get high quality product in return. it may not be suitable for long XC riding on a hot day but it's definitely my go to cycling shorts now.

The color is not yellow they are neon yellow I returned them. But they are one of the best shorts out there

Love these shorts. Fit well, and work perfect with kneepads. Very vented for hotter rides and very durable fabric. Pocket is good, fits phone and keys, could probably use another pocket, though not really an issue because I carry a pack on most rides.

These shorts were oerfect for DH riding. Great look, and go well with any TLD gear. They had a great length for DH specifically to almot over the knee pads for a great look. The only reason they got 4 out of 5 stars is because they arent exactly breatheable, but they are DH shorts meant to protect.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is a must! I have 3 pairs of these Troy Lee Designs shorts for over TEN YEARS and upon abuse after abuse they last and last. I ride almost every day in a 20+ mile loop, I race regularly, and these shorts have been just awesome. They have great durability, they don't shrink after THOUSANDS of washes, they are impossible to tear even after a decade of endos and wipe-outs. I own the old ones with the buckle on the side, but the new velcro design is just as great and efficient. It also has an adjustable waist band in case you need some extra room for padding or tucking your shirt in when it's muddy. If there's ONE product that I think I will continue to buy it will be these TLD Sprints shorts. The design haven't really changed over the years, but I've noticed that they have gotten a bit more baggier...which gives it a more modern look and more coverage. I can't wait to get these new Sprint shorts in a few days and try them out. Excellent product, hands down!!!

These are really cool shorts but they don't have any front pockets---just a single pocket in the back. This lack of pockets was super annoying!

I have shorts from Dakine, Sombrio and fox but these have become my favourite. There is something about the look, fit and feel of these shorts that just makes them great. These shorts just feel great and have stretchy material in all the right places. These shorts also look like you could slide down a side of a rock face on your butt and they would not rip. I haven't worn these yet in really hot weather but I imagine they would get a little bit warm but its a small price to pay to have such a great short.
These work best for DH or freeride, like I mentioned they would probably get pretty hot on a long XC ride.
My only issue is that they only have 1 small pocket and I cant even fit my phone or wallet into it.
Size wise, I bought the 32" and I usually fit a 30-32 pant and these fit me great. They do also have a adjustable strap to get that perfect fit.
Overall super happy with these short. Going to get some more TLD shorts for sure!!!

These shorts are great, I've only worn them for a couple rides so far, but they're comfortable and fit well with knee pads. My only problem with them is that there isn't any side pockets, just one zip pocket on the back, but that is better than nothing. Overall I am very satisfied with these riding shorts.
