Each Rocky Mountain complete bike includes free professional assembly by Jenson USA. Prior to shipping your bike, we will completely build and tune it, just as we would for an in-store purchase. Then, we'll partially disassemble and carefully pack your bike for shipping. Please allow 3 business days for the bike build process prior to shipment.
When your bike arrives, it will take about 30 minutes to unpack and perform basic re-assembly tasks (such as installing the front wheel and seatpost) using common hand tools. Jenson USA has created a helpful video (below) to guide you through this process. Stuck? Please call us at (888) 880-3811 and we’ll be happy to help.

Comments about Rocky Mountain Element 50 MSL Bike '12:
Only been able to ride once because it is winter and rainy. But already noticed I can ride trail better than my old bike. Some of that has to do with this bike fitting better than my old. The carbon eats up any bumps and vibration not absorbed by the 5 inch travel. The suspension is nice can be very stiff or super soft depending on your need. I like riding in pro pedal setting very nice for all day riding and almost anything the trail has. But if you like squishy full suspension open the rear and you have it with almost no pedal bob. I am not in love with the stock wheels and no ust not a fan of tubes. Also the front fork is qr and not thru axle. I went from 24mm maverick fork to 9mm qr, have not noticed a big difference yet and hope it stays that way but can always upgrade later. This is my first mtb with a carbon frame and really like it the jenson price shipping and service is unbeatable. Never wanted to have to buy a new bike but when the old Klein died I am glad jenson had a great bike on my limited budget but high price taste.

This is just a great bike to hit any trail. The carbon frame is gorgeous. Front fork is light, popping a wheelie is effortless. So much attention to detail- I've never owned a bike this terrific.

Bike handles extremely well, swapped out stock tires fpr some Trail Kings, now it handles even better, Formula brakes are a bit noisy now and then but they grab, Fox suspension can't be beat, this bike has helped me become a better rider, not intimidated to take on gnarly terrain, there is an occassional pedal strike, swapped out stock pedals for some VP 001 platforms, took care of problem, would buy this bike again

Comments about Rocky Mountain Element 50 MSL Bike '12:
This bike is stellar. It's fast, turns on a dime, and climbs with the best of them. I must admit, I swapped out everything except for the front drivetrain to drop the weight by 3 pounds, but it was lightning before this.
Great bike, I would recommend it to anybody.
