The product is one of the best nutritional supplements that I have found. The Mountain Berry flavor is very refreshing and good tasting. I carry the Bloks along on every ride and use them whenever I feel the need for some energy boost and refreshment. Each use is followed by drinking generous amounts of cool water. There is never any stomach upset and only a pleasant after-taste. Highly recommended.

Use these for biking, skiing, running and when ever else I need some energy. They work as designed and taste good. Not messy; a bit chewy when its cold out. I prefer the mountain berry flavor.

Great for carrying around in your pocket or pack as they dont melt or it doesnt matter if they get crushed. The sodium ones dont taste that good but do replenish your salts lost thru sweating so I still eat them.
