You can catch more easily SPD just step much to put the foot on the pedal.
Comfortable it's is fitted easily left foot at startup, it is convenient for town riding.
Tread is very large, fit of the foot is also very good in the state that has released both legs in a technical point.
This pedal is Strongly in mud clogging than SPD pedal, so I was able to catch without stress on muddy trail.
