I bought this for my 2012 Intense Carbine. The white looks great with my red frame. This stem is very stiff and the extra 3° of rise are nice. The weight is very good for the price of this stem. My only complaint is the paint is very week and has chipped where the bolts contact it.

I went from a 90mm Kona Stem to this Answer 70mm stem when changing to a set of Easton EC70 riser bars and it brought the cockpit in closer and made it a more comfortable fit for me. The white powdercoated finish is durable and should last a long time.

I needed a slightly longer stem and this fit the bill for looks, price and weight. It is a really nice fit and finish to this stem. I went with the white one as it fit with the colour scheme of the bike. I was throwing up the idea of the charcoal one and I now kindof wish I had. Its a great stem but the white one is powder coated/painted and Im not too sure how this will hold up after time? The anodized one I think might of been a better choice in finish?
Theye are a great looking stem and I like the cut outs in the front clamp so you can see the handlebar coming through and also on the top tube clamp. Also there is a good range in different lengths available to get that perfect reach dialed on your bars.
