I mainly used this for mountain biking and kayaking. Works nice as you only have to squeeze the bottle for water. Definitely a good buy if you are one who don't like a camelback hydration pack and prefer a conventional bottle to keep down the weight.

I like these bottles, they work great with the Elite Customer water bottle cages. In the hot months you really have to load up on the ice for them to retain their temperature. Good rule of thumb, put a good helping of ice, throw them in the freezer for 20 minutes before riding and it should hold its temp for at least 2 hours but no more.
