A bit sweet but I liked mixing it up on the trail. I felt this helped replenish energy on a 4 hour ride. I prefer the chews but this was good. Taste one first before you buy a dozen.

These are my favorite trail food. I have them with me on every long ride. Not an instant energy boost but instead a sustainable energy food that's easy on the stomach. Vanilla and lemon are the best favors.

I like the Stinger waffles when I go on a long trail ride. Its not an instant boost of energy like with a roctane gel, but when you've been in the saddle too long its nice to have some real food instead of a gel or chewy block. I usually save these for the top of the mountain when I can rest a bit. Overall, pretty good and really tasty.

I ordered one of these to get my order close to 50.00 to burn upa gift card. I took my waffle out on a road ride and got into it around the midway point of the ride. If you like honey, this is the snack for you. It looks like a wafflenthat has been flattened and then soaked in a honey bath. It tasted awesome and had a good texture to it. A litttle crunch butnthen soft and chewy. It did give me a little energy to get through the rest of the ride without being super hungry. Down a big serving of water with it. My only wish is that itnwas a little bigger. The size is good for the pocket on your jersey butnyoull wish you brought two to munch on.
