Upgraded from FSA Afterburner 175 to XTR 180 on my HT 29er. Got exactly what I wanted, better shifting and improved torque on steep climbs. Did not feel a penalty with longer cranks only positives for my racing style. Am convinced they raise my pace because I can push a higher gear. They look great too. Went from a 22x36 to a 24x34 low end and the longer cranks enable it. I race 50 milers and longer and this nearly completes my AZT/GDR bike. Well worth the wait for a great sale price. Thanks Jenson!!
