Overall these tires have been great! The white looks AMAZING on my bike, and they actually ride pretty good too. I would certaily not use them for racing as they feel heavy and a bit sluggish, but for an all around training tire they seem perfect. SO far I only have 100 miles on them, but rolled over glass and some gravel w/ no problems.
I do run them near the max psi. 110 up front and 115 in the rear. I am a big guy (6'3", 230) and anything lower than that there is too much sidewall flex.

NOT HARD TO INSTALL AFTER LETTING WARM UP IN THE SUN. NO FLATS AFTER A MONTH, SO TO ME, PRETTY TOUGH. OTHERS SAY THEY ARE HEAVY. I CAN'T TELL, MY BELLIE WEIGHT GETS IN THE WAY. HECK THOSE FOLKS ARE COMPARING GRAMS. LOSE A POUND OFF THE BODY THEN THESE ARE FEATHER LIGHT. LOL. OVERALL A GREAT PURCHASE. I WILL BUY MORE OF THESE WHEN ON SALE.

Comments about Maxxis Re-Fuse Folding Road Tire:

Been using Maxxis Refuse for years, rock solid road tire if you are looking for vertually 100% durability. Not the lightest tire out there but it will wear out long before it's first flat. Folded version is somewhat difficult to mount. Great price point compared to other "top" brands.

Comments about Maxxis Re-Fuse Folding Road Tire:

I purchased these tires for a mid 80's Cinelli Super Corsa I am refurbishing and do not ride often so price was a driving factor for this purchase. Once I received these tires they were difficult to install with the tire being stiffer than some I have had in the past. Once installed and aired up the bends from the folds came out. I have only put a few miles on these tires since installation but there is a noticeable difference in riding dynamics over the Continental Super Sport that were on the bike previously. I recommend these tires.

I bought these tires because they were so cheap. Just took them out on a first ride up the Glendora Mountain to Mt. Baldy, and they are awesome! I felt confident throughout the whole descent. I would highly recommend this!

Being 6' 3" and 205 pounds, its not hard to find out how much abuse a tire can take. I decided to try out the Re-fuse after getting 3K miles out of a Gatorskin on my rear wheel. (Which also performed well.) So far, these tires have handled over 1k miles of my daily commuting and weekend rides without any flats. At a third of the price, the Re-fuse has performed on par with the Gatorskin. Plus, the Re-fuse's design looks better! I will definitely be buying these as long as Maxxis makes them.
