These tires (in the 2.1 size) came on my '08 Giant Trance X. I am still on the original tires which have about 2000 miles on them. They are pretty worn out now but have held up well. I do a lot of riding on a crushed limestone rail trail in addition to singletrack riding and the rail trail surface really eats the soft tread on these tires. For the first year or so I was getting flats from thorns constantly with these tires but in the past year (on the same trails) I have gotten almost none, so who knows...though a friend got a small, dull twig through his UST Nevegal once and had another delaminate. The tires have pretty terrible rolling resistance but they do grip well on the trails. At first I was stuck on the high rolling resistance and the propensity to grab thorns and didn't like the tires but now they have grown on me and have held up well.

I owened several in 2.1. This tire is probaly the best around for wet roots and rocks. That said i've repaced it for the most part for a few reasons;
It rolls SLOW, no SLOWER than your thinking.
Sidewalls too thin.
I've found better cornering tires that are faster.
Besides bikes and trails dont like to be ridden sloppy.

This product is great if you ride hardpack in a bike park. In sand or mud, it seems to be a little hard to track. The price is right though.

Comments about Kenda Nevegal Stick-E Tire:
These are great all around tires. I have them on my Reign. They stick on tacky trails like duct tape on skin. The only downside, in my opion, to these is that they squirm on wet concrete (for those who commute to their local trail system) and slip somewhat on sand over hardpack. These are my goto tire when the trail conditions get nasty, even on my xc bike. When the conditions are that poor, no one is going fast and its more important to keep the bike upright

Great rear tire in the 2.5 size for burly all mountain use. Climbs and corners exceptionally well on Arizona's South Mountain granite gnar
Comments about Kenda Nevegal Stick-E Tire:
I've used the 2.35 sticky on the front for several years. then tried some other tires after going tubeless. Hans Dampf, RR,and WTB. Then went back to the Sticky Nev and noticed a huge difference in traction. I was able to get the bead to seal, but Kenda; why dont you make the Sticky with a rubber bead???
