    its well made, comfotable although the sizing is smaller than listed. The pads are in the right location, however too thin and soft to offer anything in the way of protection. About all this will protect against is may some scratches or rash in a fall, but dont expect it to offer any level of impact protection. might as well just wear two shirts. Dont buy unless you want very minimal xc protection

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
