The instructions with this product are not directly applicable to the product. They define an allen wrench but in reality it requires a Torx -25 wrench.
Easy enough when the correct wrench is applied.
After buying the T25 wrench everything went smoothly and I love the seat post.

NOTE: This is not a straight seat post as pictured. the one I received has a 20mm setback. I moved my seat all the way forward and it works fine for me, but if you want a post with 0 setback look elsewhere. Jensen, maybe you can update the picture?
