As far as brake fluid goes this is it. If you have any air bubbles in your lines I recommend switching them out for this.

i consider it a bit expensive for mineral oil, but considering almost everything MTB specific is expensive i guess it should be expected.
if you want to bleed your own shimano brakes more than a couple times while you have them, this is the one to get. the smaller bottle is just too small to last more than one or two bleeds. this is what the shops use as a service tool, and for the convenience, its worth getting it.

If you plan to bleed your brakes or already do so on a consistent basis...purchase this. For the price of 1 liter of this mineral oil online, you would pay an equal price (+tax) in a local store for 50 ml. That's 20 times the fluid for the same price. Or a cost savings of 2000%.
