I've been using Extreme Lube since 2003. I use it on tour- I did 7000 miles of loaded touring last year - and at home. I clean and lube my bicycle chains with it whenever, and wherever they need it. That could be every 1500 miles under very good conditions or ever day under bad conditions. It could be at my campsite, in my motel room in the US, or just when I feel like stopping along side the road.
I typically use about 3 oz of Extreme Lube on a 3500 mile tour and my chains last 6000 miles.
On tour, or at home, it takes about five minutes, half an ounce of Extreme Lube, and two paper towels or napkins, to clean and lube a chain. On tour, I do it whenever the chain sounds like it needs lube. Amazingly easy to use and effective!

This stuff does a good job of cleaning a gunked up chain but I prefer Park's chain lube or White Lightning as I tend to ride my mountain bike on dusty trails and the wax attracts dust like crazy. Also ride my road bike in colder temperatures and the wax gels.

The only chain lube for dry conditions, I've tried heaps of others, this is the best. It could last a little longer but it only takes seconds to relube on a ride.

Rock N' Roll is my go to bike cleaner. It really does a good job getting the gunk out of the drive train. It's also nice to not have to get both degreaser and lube.

Though this stuff is billed to clean dirt, sand, and grime out of your chain in the process of lubing, it doesn't *really* do that completely. It does wash a bit of dirt from the links, but nothing like you'd get from soaking the chain. Sometimes, that needs to be done, or you'll just increase wear on the chain by adding lube to dirt.
This lube is awesome, though, when used after a good soaking (in mineral spirits, for instance, followed by an alcohol wash). It lubricates perfectly, and doesn't attract a bunch of dirt.

this is my go to east coast lube year round. Really wet seasons may change it up, but for the average ride i stick with rock and roll!

this stuff is great follow the instructions and your drivetrain is nice clean and quiet. i am using this on my road bike and it feels like there is less friction and it rolls quietly. when inspecting my chainrings and cassette there appears to be less wear. dust and grime don't accumulate on the chain or gears and sludge up, making a mess.
