I picked up a set of these to run a set of GXP cranks on a PFBB30 frame. They installed very easily into the BB with just some very light taps with a plastic hammer and some grease. After that just treat it like a regular GXP crank installation. There's no additional perceived flex or noise, but I have not put them through a lot of poor conditions yet.
Overall it's hard to argue against them compared to the cost of upgrading to a BB30 crankset.
