This stand comes assembled and was a lot lighter than I thought it would be. It is fairly low profile, which is good, because it isn't that attractive. It does a great job of holding my road bike stable and should fit a mountain bike just as well.
The spring loaded rocker arm works really easily. I roll my back wheel into the stand and it just holds the bike up. No need to force anything. Then when I'm ready to go out, the bike rolls right out of the stand. I don't need to lift the bike or unhook anything.
Now that my bike isn't just leaning against the wall it looks better and the wall doesn't have marks all over it from the tyres.
