I bought a 2.8 thinking i was getting the right replacement for my Fox 2.5 which has a spring marked 2.8, i was wrong. make sure you get the 2.5 for a 2.5 stroke shock and a 2.8 for a 2.8 stroke shock.
other than that, the product is perfect.

My bike had the 500lb spring on it and I got the 650lb one to fit my weight with gear and water pack. The ride is much more controllable and big hits are more manageable. If your bike weighs in the 30 lbs category already, whats a little bit more weight? Or the same in my case. It's not worth over a hundred and fifty bucks for titanium. Glad Jenson's had what I needed!
