I chose the Gateway as it was to only trunk rack with arms that move separately. I needed this as I was carrying my wife's cruiser from the store and I didn't want to buy an additional top tube bar.Each arm was able to adjust and keep her bike level and it saved me the $35 of buying an additional part.Great rack!

It takes forever to put on tightly, the straps rubbed the paint of my car and the pads the bikes rest on chewed up the paint job on my brand new frame. Also, the piece that is suposed to keep the bikes from shifting around in the wind didn't fit either of my full-suspension bikes. I used this to transport two bikes from South Carolina to Colorado and back. Did it keep my bikes on my car? Yes. Did it mess up my car, my bike and waste a lot of my time? You bet! Please save your money and buy a hitch mounted rack. I got a hitch put on my car and bought a high end rack that I love, but I really wish I hadn't spent the money on this trunk mounted thing first.
