Grifo has pretty much become the "go-to" tubular for general, all-around cyclocross use. Completely hand-made with a 260 TPI reinforced
polyester casing (helps resist moisture damage from racing in the wet)
- Predictable handling tread pattern
- Recommended PSI: 30-90
- Seamless, premium latex inner tube
- 40mm valve stem with removable core so you can easily add sealant or valve extenders
- Claimed 360 grams (probably more like 400 - still a great tire)

Best Uses
Some of the advantages of this tire is just that running tubulars lets you have a lower tire pressure for more traction. Compared to clinchers you are less likely to pinch flat, AND you will have better control.
These are higher performance tires with supple sidewalls. The trade-off for that is that you can see wear on the sidewalls quicker.
Also, I have the 34 size. I wish it came in a size 33, so that I could race it in the few UCI races I do, and not have to go all the way down to the size 32.
