Use this for Road and MTN biking. Very poor customer service this time around from Jenson. Usually my product arrives within a few days of ordering (I live approximately 25 miles away). But this took approximately 1 month to get to me. Granted it was not in stock at the time of ordering, but Jenson said that it would ship out within 10 days. Luckily I did not need the product promptly and did get it at a decent price.

It is a nice tool that has a lot of versatility. I like the tool flask concept because it protects my backpack from being damaged by the tool while jostling around. However, The the metal flask is held closed by plastic friction fitted nubs that are being sliced off by the metal flask. This closure system is weak and failing quickly. And since the flask is symetrical, it is hard to know which way is rightside up.

I really like this tool -- it's sturdy and versatile, and it has just about all the allen wrenches etc. that you need to fix your ride. It's certainly saved me a few times! I also love having a chain tool included.
After a year or so of use, mine has become hard to open, which is my only complaint.
