Comments about Park Tool CCP-22 SQR Taper Crank Puller:
Park quality. Great tool to remove crank arms. I keep mine in the home shop or in a kit for use on the road on trips that involve my bike. Well built. Note: for those that don't know, this is not for hollowtech cranks.

Comments about Park Tool CCP-22 SQR Taper Crank Puller:
If you have square tapered cranks, you need this tool period. I'm sure you can find one a little cheaper though if you don't go with park brand. But why bother, since it's Park, I trust it!

Comments about Park Tool CCP-22 SQR Taper Crank Puller:
I used this crank puller for a shimano bottom bracket replacement job. It was the first time I performed this type of mechanical repair. Park tool's technical directions on how to use the crank puller were very clearly written on the back of the package. Further they have a support website with video if you should need to see the repair. Five minutes later, cranks were off and BB was out.

Comments about Park Tool CCP-22 SQR Taper Crank Puller:
This product does it's job perfectly. It's expensive but worth the investment if you work on bicycles professionally or semi-professionally. If you just have 1 bike this tool is probably not necessary bringing it to a shop will usually cost you about 10 bucks and the derailleur hanger won't get bent often if you are gentile with your bike and keep the rubber side down.

Comments about Park Tool CCP-22 SQR Taper Crank Puller:
All the quality you'd expect from Park, it's comfortable and heavy and has a long enough handle to provide plenty of leverage. This one works on square taper bottom brackets, it won't work with Octalink. The only con is that it does only one thing. Perhaps they could incorporate a pedal wrench into the handle end? Just sayin...

Comments about Park Tool CCP-22 SQR Taper Crank Puller:
This is a great tool. It makes pulling cranks from square taper bottom brackets a breeze. I did manage to break one after about a year of use, but it was warrantied free of charge quickly and painlessly. Would buy again!

Comments about Park Tool CCP-22 SQR Taper Crank Puller:
This is simpler to use than a crank remover that doesn't have a handle (but bigger & heavier). This is the tool for your workshop, not saddle bag. Very easy & smooth to operate. Like it very much. It will spin around the crank arm without hitting the pedals - at least it does on my 175mm cranks so that's a bonus.

Really great for pulling square taper cranks. Its really simple to use, and the handle is the perfect length to get the leverage needed to move the crank arm off the spindle with ease.
