I already owned the Topeak rack and bag with fold down panniers. I purchased this side frame to keep the panniers from hitting the rear wheel during my commute to work. This frame is a great design. It is very easy to install with the included screws and fits the panniers perfectly. It is light enough that you won't even notice the added weight. Great solution to my problem.
