This is a no-frills crankset that just plain works and leaves money for other, fancier stuff on the bike. Sure you can spend 4 times the amount to save a few grams if ya want.
I use this on my do-it-all bike that sees as many bike park days as trail days and no complaints after a half season of riding. Still waiting on long-term reliability results, but so far so good.
