These brakes work so much better than the cantis I had on my cross bike. Before my front brake would howl like a banshee, now its silent and powerful. I give em 4 star just because they are a tad heavier than the cantis, but really, for the [$] per wheel I shouldn't complain. Note: I had to slot my fenders for when the bike is in commuter mode.

These brakes are a great alternative to the TRP mini Vs that cost much more. They all should come with noodles with an adjustable barrel but most do not. When set up close to the rim, they can be tough to unhook from the noodle unless you have Campy type levers with the cable release. The performance for the cost can't be beat.
ive used them in a creek when it was around 20 degrees out and everything froze solid because water splashed everywhere and flash freezed. but these still worked. i had a little test between them and promax discs and these whooped the promax in downhill braking, flat braking, stoppies and 25 mph to stop. awesome brakes.
Great stopping power for the buck for road levers in a short mini pull V brake.Pads are good too.
