I just installed these, but so far I am happy about them being better than rim strips which can allow movement and misalignment of the valve stem hole. They look cool too, and they seem like they will be great.Each roll has one hole in it for the valve stem opening. It is cut the right size for a Presta valve. I had to enlarge the holes some for my Schrader valves.For my rims (26" Jaleco double wall disc specific, MTB) the 16mm width fit perfectly. Covered the holes and was just about the width of the flatish section that the holes are on.As others have said, 1 roll needed per rim.

Not very happy with this product, maybe I just got two bad rolls(?) (16mm). I have used Velox before and it worked fine before. Like I said, maybe these were two bum rolls out of a batch, or were old or somethin'... I had two old rolls of the 22mm squirreled away that I ended up using that worked very well, so I almost feel bad for the bad review, except that I still have 2 rolls of 16mm 'tape' that don't stick to anything.

I was recommended this product. Haven't had the chance to remove it yet, so not sure if it will leave some residue or not. But so far, it does its job as a rim tape.

Tape wouldn't stay in place. I was really disappointed after reading all the good reviews. Must have had a bad roll or something.
Might give it another try in the future when I can step up to a 29er

Excellent product. It stays where you place it. You can roll it out snug against the rim with no slippage. You will need one roll per wheel. Highly recommend.
very easy to put on and appears to be good quality. before this my bike had some junk that stuck more to the tire. it cost me 3 tubes before my lesson now i havent had any problems.

Excellent product! It does not degradates and keeps my tubes safe. It's very easy to install and stays in place.
I've been using this tape since shortly after I gave up on tubulars. Plastic rim strips can break at the spoke holes, this stuff lasts and keeps the tube from damage from the holes. Some of my wheels have Velox tape on them that is maybe 8-10 years old.
