Comments about Vision Tech Visiontech TT Mini Clip-On Bars:
If you want to race triathlon, you need bars which don't extend past the front of the brake levers, and are bridged at the front. There are a few options on the market, some more adjustable than others. What you notice, however, is that the reviews on the more adjustable options always break at those points. These bars are a good fit for most people, with a slight kink at the end for added comfort, and small-ish pads for your fore-arms. They come with a 12.5mm extension to raise the pads higher, making your wrist and back flex less (more comfort), as well as 26mm spacers in case you have small handlebars. The aerobridge is cool too; by connecting the two bars, there is more rigidity, and less flex when you're pulling hard up the hill. Also good to rest a few gels on top of, and secure with elastic bands/sticky tape. So remember, they're small, comfortable, and reliable aerobars which are useful when you need them, and seem to disappear when you don't. Jenson USA also sells them far cheaper than anywhere else on the web (inc. shipping).
